Who controls your data at the hall

The controller for personal data processed through curiohallclub.com is the operator of curiohallclub.com. Contact: [email protected].

The contents of a membership record

The record ends there. The hall will not ask for your real name, address, date of birth, telephone number or any payment detail, as there is nothing here to pay for. Passwords are retained solely as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (supplying the membership you requested). Deleting your membership erases every item immediately; the button for doing so is on your account page.

These items remain on your device and are never transmitted to the hall.

Google tags, by consent alone

Selecting “Accept all” permits Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, which measure visits and whether our advertising leads to play (for instance, that a first spin occurred). Google thereby receives your IP address, device information and those events. Selecting “Essential only” keeps the tags in consent mode, without cookies and without advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

Records kept by our host

Our hosting provider retains routine request logs, for security purposes, for a brief period. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Practices the hall refuses

Payment data is never collected; there is nothing to purchase.
Marketing email is sent only at your request.
Your data is neither sold nor rented to any party.
Gambling operators receive nothing from us, and the hall carries no gambling affiliate links.

Your rights over your data

At any time you may access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent. Deleting your membership from the account page erases the account data at once, and clearing this site’s data in your browser removes what remains. Complaints may be addressed to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
