1. The operator

These terms govern your use of curiohallclub.com ("Curio Hall Club", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of curiohallclub.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age of admission

Curio Hall Club is intended solely for users aged 19 or over. In using it, you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Coins held in the hall

  • Virtual coins are supplied for the games at no charge.
  • Coins hold no monetary value and constitute neither money, credit nor property.
  • Coins may not be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist.
  • The hall offers no prize of real-world value.
  • The hall reserves the right to adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever necessary.

4. Exclusion of real-money gambling

Curio Hall Club does not offer real-money gambling, does not promote it, and does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your hall membership

  • A free membership is needed for the two galleries past the open one. Each person may hold one membership, which may not be shared.
  • Your password is yours alone. Inform us promptly if another person has used your membership.
  • Your membership may be deleted from your account page at any moment; the deletion is immediate and irreversible.
  • A membership used to disrupt the site, or one we believe to belong to someone under 19, may be suspended.
  • Coins, levels and missions attach to the membership, are not your property, and may be reset.

6. Conduct in the hall

You must not seek to disrupt the site, deploy automated tools against it, offer coins in trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Opening hours and liability

The site is offered “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These conditions do not limit any liability which by law cannot be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Law governing the hall

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and by the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province.
